All food handlers with a culinary license working in group food service facilities must complete the food handler hygiene training. After joining the Korean Culinary Association Central Association as a member and paying the fee, you can apply for the 'Group Food Service Facility Food Handler Hygiene Training'. Failure to complete the training may result in a fine of up to 600,000 won. You can choose between online training or group training, and you must complete a total of 6 hours of training. When applying for training, you must provide accurate information such as the food handler's name, mobile phone number, workplace name and address, and date of birth. The training targets are those who work in group food service facilities that provide meals to 50 or more people at a time in schools, dormitories, hospitals, etc., or 100 or more people at a time in industrial facilities. The training fee is approximately 35,000 won, but it may vary, and it is recommended to print out the certificate of completion after completing the training and keep it at the workplace. You can check the group training schedule on the homepage.
